In order to keep Hickory Grove Townhomes a beautiful and safe place to live, many projects are underway or planned. Below you will find a form to submit any new projects for the association to evaluate, as well as a list of projects currently planned, and those that have been completed.

Picture 3 showed the damage on the lower edge for the windows on the back (north) in the master bedroom - I thought only the paint had been beaten off; I was wrong; there is a hole in the corner of the frame of the window. | 5/18/19 | |
132 | Concrete Repairs all across the property | This year we will focus on concrete repairs. LACC surveyed the property and noted many repair needs on sidewalks, roads, etc. that need immediate repair. Some of the areas in front of front doors did not get worked on in previous years, so it is time to address those issues. Some segments will need to be removed and replaced. This work will likely be expensive and may require a draw from reserves. We will know more once it is all quoted.
